COMMUNICATIONS

The duration of oral presentations is 20 minutes, with a slide presentation.

The deadline to send the final version of the paper  is June 15. It must be accompanied by a summary in English.

The proceedings of the Congress will be the subject of a publication, which will be issued in French and English. Each session chairman will be in charge to propose the best papers presented. The Programme Committee will make the final choice.

Technical specifications:

• Format: .pdf
• 25,000 characters maximum including spaces and notes, the notes will be at the end of the document.
• a dozen maximum of illustrations in the text, with captions and copyrights.
• Font: Calibri, Arial or Helvetica 12 points

Guidelines

The texts will be accessible to all Congress participants. At the end of the Congress, some of them will be published.

POSTER

Posters will be exhibited during the entire conference, and some space will be dedicated to them. A poster session will be organised where you will have the opportunity to answer the congressist’s questions.

Please send your poster in PDF format before May 30th, 2015 for approval before printing.

Your poster should be in portrait format. Make sure that it does not exceed the dimension A0

(46.8 x 33.1 inches). No landscape posters will be permited!

Printing of the poster is under your responsibility but you have to send digital PDF copy to the conference secretariat before June 1st, 2015 for validation.
